You Must Supply The Following
- Must have a valid personal checking account with checks on hand.
- Must provide a copy of your valid drivers license, state ID or Military ID.
- Must provide proof of monthly income of at least double the amount financed in the form of paystubs or bank statements from the last 30 days (have copies for us). Spouses income may be used as in combination with yours.
Financing Details- The minimum job amount that qualifies for financing is $250.00
- 50% must be paid at time of service in addition to a $35 service charge
- The remaining 50% of the job cost will be financed as follows.
- $125.00 - $250.00 will be financed for up to 30 days
- $251.00 - $500.00 will be financed for up to 60 days
- $501.00 & higher will be financed for up to 90 days
Example of a full house cleaning including carpet, tile and mattresses. 5 rooms of carpet with pre vacuuming (including all of the corners and edges), pre conditioning entire floor, steam cleaning entire floor with a neutralizing rinse and reapplying the stain protector to help double the life of your carpet. 200sq feet of tile pre conditioned, scrubbed, steam cleaned and sealed to prevent future stains from becoming permanent. 1 king sized mattress and 2 twin mattresses steam cleaned and treated with an anti allergen solution to alleviate allergies to dust mite feces. The total ticket for this premier service would be $700 We would require a check the day of service for $385 (50% + $35 processing fee) We would require a combination of checks equaling the remaining $350 that are drafted from your checking account at agreed upon intervals over the next 60 days. If weekly intervals were arranged there would be 8 checks in the amount of $43.75 each. If bi-weekly intervals were arranged there would be 4 checks in the amount of $87.50 each If monthly intervals were arranged there would simply be 2 additional checks written for $175.00 each All check numbers, amounts and agreed upon draft dates will be clearly spelled out in a simple one page contract that is signed by you and the technician that completed the work for you.
